it is great to track administration and I love the mail back ability for used pens. however... I was lef to believe a new kit would be automatic, but I've had to request every single one. also, the chat feature appears disabled. I can view chat history, but cannot initiate a new one. shipping history is not up to date. I have a mail back kit on the way, but the tracking that shows is from April. these should be fixed.

So far this app has been unhelpful. I can't get past the agreeing to the terms and conditions. I click accept, but it won't move forward.

The app will not open since the update, it stays in a perpetual loading screen no matter how long I wait.
