I booked a test for my wife, and while everything was completed, the report has not been sent to me either via WhatsApp or in the app. When I tried to reach out to customer support, I had the worst experience. The call was not connected to a customer support agent and was disconnected in the middle of bot replies. As of now, I have received no reply or call from Healthians customer support.

One of the worst experience that i had with the Healthians executives. Total miscommunication. I had one appointment through corporate (Care insurance), and when the executive came to collect samples, I requested additional tests that is where all the confusion started with. Ultimately my original (corporate) appointment 8s cancelled for which samples were already collected, but the add-on request was not cancelled and the reports delivered with incorrect name and non-desirable mobile number.

I have been using healthians since 2021 and there is no looking back. Their home collection services are amazing. Home collector agents are beyond praise.Very polite and they make the patient feel comfortable. Prices are also very affordable but has recently increased. I have never faced an issue with them. My wife and mother has health issues which requires regular checkups and healthians has really made it easy for us. I have whole heartedly written this feedback due to their amazing services.
