healthPrecision’s Medical Brain is an app-based clinical decision support system (CDS), that monitors the health status and needs of individual patients. It is used in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as in the home for 24/7 monitoring.
The Medical Brain connects each individual to all members of his/her healthcare network, including hospital, physicians, lab, pharmacy, and others. It uses clinical data collected directly from the individual through chat, text messaging and images. It combines that information with data from a multitude of sources including the past medical history then uses its advanced CDS and machine learning functionalities to generate an in-depth view of the complete patient history including medical, social determinants, adherence to treatment plans and other factors. By analyzing historical and emerging information against industry leading standards and guidelines, the Medical Brain identifies early signs of clinically significant deviations from the patient’s steady state and provides real-time notifications to the patient, providers and authorized members of the care team simultaneously, for rapid action if needed.
It produces a continuously updated Intelligent Medical Summary of the patient’s most relevant medical history and current clinical status that can be shared anytime anywhere care may be required.
The Medical Brain intimately involves the patient in self-care, enhances patient and caregiver engagement and when indicated, facilitates the interaction between patients, the care provider team, and the health system.
