Ratings and reviews

The app itself works well enough. The dispenser, however it's quite noisy. Out of 4 times, cust svc has responded once. If you have more than 10 pills to take regularly, you'll have to sort some outside the machine, but it will help you keep track of 10 more pills. I'm not sure why only 10 outside the machine since a computer can count to 10 just as easily as it can count to 100. It think they just arbitrarily picked a number. I've never gotten a response back about that. Cust service is lame.

Something seems to have changed with the app where now when I receive app updates, I'm automatically logged out of the app. At face value, this shouldn't be an issue except that it also means I unexpectedly no longer receive notifications from the app, either. This creates a serious problem in that I'm no longer alerted to when meds are needing to be refilled. The system works well otherwise, but this is a dangerous issue, and should definitely be addressed ASAP.

Best. Purchase. Ever! We have an epileptic in our home, as well as someone who takes sleep meds that have to be closely monitored, and I, myself, have dementia so remembering everyone's dosing times and quantities is a real challenge. This machine helps out so much! It keeps track of all the medications, shows alerts, and even notifications when something is dispensed. The app is clearly defined and easy to use. Such a huge help! Love it!
