Update Aug 19/2026: App is still garbage. Recording tanks is near impossible as number required can't be changed without tapping a hundred times. Chat window crashes the app. The AI they use must have been bought at a tag sale. The developers recently responded asking for more information, but the truth is this problem has been reported before and they told me they were working on it to fix it. she'll basically nothing was done.

Just glanced at the reviews and couldn't agree more about this app being completely useless. When I try to order supplies no item number is listed so is this the right one? Also no way to adjust quantities. Unfortunately their kwik or express reorder that was on their website no longer exists. So if you do not want to talk to some off s:hore person who barely speaks English you're left finding an alternative supplier.

The app is useless. It says that my order has shipped, but doesn't show a tracking number or who the carrier is. If I try to schedule an appointment with the local office, it says "Ready to schedule, you don't have any appointments available to schedule at this time" and there's nothing to click on, to make an appointment. The app is functionally useless.
