edit: tech support was quick to respond and the issue is gone. Great little app! New update doesn't work. When I try to print, it says I need to download the new firmware but says download failed and now I can't use my printer at all. I have just sent an email to tech support and will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.

TOTAL RUBBISH This app used to be called Sorticker. I spent ages loading all my labels and they just abandonned Sortiker and said I had to use HerePrint but there is no way to transfer the history. So I have lost dozens of lables. Am I willing to spend hours uploading all the labels? No, because I don't trust them.

Doesn't always print clearly. Won't accept my pdf. It will say turn into pdf, which it already a pdf. I try it another way, the pdf doesn't pop up at all, or it'll say pdf too large, which is crazy because it's only one sheet.
