I highly recommend this company. One time I had a problem with purchasing a plan and got 3 by accident. Apparently, they were having problems with the system. I contacted them and they refunded my money for the extra 2 monthly plans that were purchased by accident. The payment confirmation wasn't working correctly. The app has been working fine ever since. The monthly data plans for USA are the best. Usually we get the 40GB plan for 40 bucks per month. Customer support is top notch.

I had a mighty Wi-Fi hotspot for a couple years, they randomly decided they didn't support that hotspot anymore and I had to pay $50 for a new one. Then they said I used up an entire month's data and one and a half weeks, then when I tried to put new data on my new hotspot and went on my old one that is no longer supported and when I contacted customer support there was no way to transfer it, Iwastold to buy more data. I'm done with Mighty Wi-Fi, very disappointed.

I'm not super tech savvy so it took me a minute to figure it out but after that it's been all good. I'm doing my best to pay attention to how much I use and what I'm doing (I stream a lot of TV) so I know what type of plan to buy after my free GB bundle is used. All in all I feel it was a good purchase.
