It's frustrating because the way the DIY screen is set up doesn't look the same as the actual lights are set up or the same as the other light screens look. I thought I was going to be able to make pictures with these lights but it's pretty much impossible. and the listing looks like there would be cool pictures on the lights but there aren't any.

The app itself and the lights are pretty good. There're a lot of options and it wasn't too difficult for me to figure out. However, my only issue is with the music sync option, which is one of the primary reasons we got the lights. You have to have the app open, unlocked, and... you have to let the app use your mic. Like what? If you talk, the lights light up. If your phone screen turns off, your music sync stops. You have to adjust your phone settings to prevent locking. Not a good design.

I have absolutely no rapport with this app. Similarly, I can't find any documentation that describes it in detail. The features of this app are fairly complex and require thorough documentation. Also, it is very difficult to pair the lights with my phone via bluetooth. Due to the shortcomings of the app and the available documentation, I will probably be returning the lights to Amazon.
