Do not get this SIM card if traveling. Purchased a plan for one month while traveling. Never got it to work. Specifically did not sign up for reoccurring payments, they charged me for another month. Was helped promptly through email after leaving a 1-star review, and the matter is resolved, but the app wouldn't open after I tried to use the chat for help feature so all help was rendered through email. 3 stars for prompt customer service and working with me from abroad.

Service has good coverage and reasonable prices, but customer service and web support sorely lacking. When it works straight out of the box, it's fine and trouble-free. But, if there's a technical issue? Not so much. App is okay; does what it's supposed to as long as there are no technical issues.

TBF the app itself seems ok, up to now, but the network coverage ( 3 ) is terrible, no signal on either phone or 4g frequently. So will only have the app for a month before changing back to someone more reliable. Update, checked the settings on the SIM and found the roaming and 4G options both 'off'. Didn't even realise these SIM settings were there or that they would come in the 'disabled' state. All now working as they should.
