When I try to log in to the app, I always get a message that you're already logged in. Please solve this problem.

this app doesn't even deserve one star , terrible app and terrible customer service, every time I want to log in ,it says "user is already logged in " it is a scam bank

I have had a log in issue since February 2025 giving me "general error" in my home screen and no one fixed it. I visited Erbil and Duhok branches CS office, IT, basically everyone still nothing. I think they don't even know the issue!
