once you exit during the registration process, there's no way you can continue registration again

I have had a log in issue since February 2025 giving me "general error" in my home screen and no one fixed it. I visited Erbil and Duhok branches CS office, IT, basically everyone still nothing. I think they don't even know the issue!

Absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with. The app is confusing and not user-friendly at all. On top of that, their services are very slow and unprofessional. Total letdown.
