Usually smooth and easy. If you need to get outage updates in an area with really minimal cell service, it can be impossible to load. If there were an improvement to be made it would be for the option to click "minimal/text only info" during those moments. Otherwise, it's awesome. Easy to report a problem, easy to see if there's an update, easy to see your usage, easy to pay your bill.

I would have given it a 5 before. Been using this app for a long time. Never had an issue until very recent. Have not been able to get it to load. Unable to use at all. Not able to pay my bill or see my bill. I use the paperless option for billing so a big problem. Also tried paying on website with no success either. Website doesn't take my account number. Cuts off last digit. So not able to pay there either. Frustrating.

This app is so much easier to use than it is to pay your light bill over a phone call or even going to the bank. Plus I could check my payments that I have made in the past, look how much usage we have gone up or down, and make a report of outages. Oh yeah and you can even setup a payment plan if need be. And I also can send Green Mountain Power emails threw this app.
