7/1/24 Update? They should really allow stores to update the online process per store if they are out of something. I get sometimes people don't order but I know sometimes items are limited or a trial so it would just help the frustration of missing my favorite items. 8/21/24 they really need to change the point system, I'm sorry but Starbucks has a quicker redemption or offers to get more points quicker

Horrible customer service with the app. It logged me out and won't allow me to log back in without the confirmation email but it never sends the email. I contacted customer service and they just said... yeah that's been an issue. Then did nothing to help fix it. So the app is worthless if you can't login.

Used to go to Scooter's weekly, but after the app update and not being able to access the app, I've stopped going. Been trying to get support to get help resolve the issue, and can't get live help. Email responses are automated and those take a week or two to receive back. The real person this is hurting is the franchisees that are losing out on business, due to the technical issues from whomever is in charge of getting a successful app functional and then too, resolving issues quickly.
