this app is seriously a joke, I downloaded it before my stay and if this is an indication of what my stay is going to be like then I might want to cancel my stay, I don't get why you didnt QA your app before releasing it. what's even worse then your app is support!

I was never able to actually use the app, as it requested access to photos & media...which I can't think of a good reason for needing this. The app will not start-up without those permissions. I can't think of a logical reason that this would be a hard requirement to even use the app. Seems shady (probably isn't...but it seems that way).

About almost a year since I last used this app and while this app DID do it's job in handling the check-in registration side of things, it auto enabled room charges to be authorized to you without consent. However, since you would STILL need to wait in line to get your room key, it kinda..... defeats the point of the app to begin with. Now presently, this app's initialization startup seems to not work. Regardless of if it gets itself back on it's feet, just take all else into consideration.
