The condition of this app is very bad..The user interface is very simple.. Which is not good nowadays..The bigger problem is that if you want to do any transaction through this app, you can't do it anymore..You can see that the OTP doesn't come..This is what happens at the maximum time.. As a result, I have to leave the app and work with the browser. Even in 2023, even if the bank has an app, if I have to work with the browser, then it is very disappointing...

IBBL iSmart is a major banking app, yet its UI/UX is outdated and confusing. Icons are unclear, navigation is poor, and performance is often laggy. There’s no biometric login, and the design doesn’t reflect modern banking standards. In 2025, we expect a faster, smarter, and user-friendly experience. Please redesign the app with proper feedback, so customers feel secure and proud using it.

The thing is user interface is not properly instructed. It's way too cluttered with unnecessary transitions and options. All in all it could have been better. UI is like 2 out of 10. It has nothing to do with banking experience tho. But it's more about the developers. It was up to them and they messed it up. Also it could have been better if added the below features: 1. 2 factor authorization (Google authenticator, microsoft authenticator etc) 2. NFC transactions
