My account is fine, but when I try to log in, the app shows 'Wallet Blocked. Please contact customer support.' Why hasn’t the authority of this app provided an update or resolved this issue?

pin set and pin forgot option need to be added as soon as Possible.. *259# Isn't work Several times.I can't set my pin from 4 month.

I installed this app and registered. Today I tried to login but whenever I give pin of my account, it doesn't shows any warning but erases the pin itself. No matter whether I type the right pin or the wrong. I also updated the software and erased the app data. But nothing helped.. Please fix it as soon as possible.
