​Disappointed with the mCash app by IBBPLC. After login, the welcome screen ridiculously shows "Welcome: Name Mehedi Hasan". The word 'Name' shouldn't be here! Such an amateur bug. To make it worse, there is no option to edit your name from the app. You must physically visit a bank branch and submit a written application for a simple name change! In this digital era, this is a massive hassle and a total joke. Please fix this bug and allow in-app profile name editing immediately! 🛑

Excellent app! It’s fast, secure, and has simplified my daily transactions. I especially love the low cash-out charges at IBBL ATMs and the seamless remittance features. The UI is very intuitive for bill payments and transfers. My only suggestion is to add more agents to make cash-in and cash-out even more convenient in rural areas. Overall, highly recommended!

You have lots of applications, reduce and merge the apps, and make one app for general user, that’s mean facilities available in one unique apps, and another version is Only for merchants user. mCash, CellFin, IBBL iSmart. What's type of these apps?? 😡 make a one applications thats include all type of features.
