mCash has good potential, but several core services are currently unavailable. "All Palli Bidyut bill support is incomplete, statement download unavailable, card add-money and Nagad transfers are disabled, and Bangla QR payment is not working." These issues appear to be service/API related. Resolving backend and integration stability will greatly improve reliability and user trust. I like the new app but I wish IBBL would add a dual currency prepaid card for mcash so that we can use it for online payment and NFC payment. Also, cash withdrawal using the card for free if possible as some other companies are allowing that.
