Worst Mobile Banking App I've ever seen. At first I was facing issue with submission NID. I've tried more than 100 times in two weeks to upload NID & finally I've done it successfully. Then 2nd problem arrives. The problem was in taking photo. I've tried for 3 weeks to taking my photo but this useless app saying that Face doesn't recognised. Totally useless app. I don't know what is the duty of developer team.

The verification process on the CellFin app should be smoother. A customer faces many problems while submitting NID. Sometimes it takes more than 100 attempts to submit NID successfully. The same problem applies to taking selfies. Also, you should add fingerprint technology to this app for security and user convenience.

Worst App Ever. Thousand Times i tried but the camera isn’t working . Every Time face not detected yet is showing. But other application takes the photo verification perfectly. They need to solve this problem immediately. Otherwise no way to use this application
