Ratings and reviews

Based on my experience, this is one of the best and most user-friendly internet banking apps. I really like the app’s design, usability, and the range of banking services it offers. However, it would be even better if there were no charges for EFT transactions through the app. Additionally, waiving the charges for IBBL-to-IBBL fund transfers through the app would make the service even more convenient and beneficial for customers. I hope these points will be considered in the future.

Eversince June 2026, the app doesn't allow any more transactions to bkash, I can't even pay my bills, and only allows 5k to nagad, how am I supposed to pay all my bills with such little transactions??? and npsb only 10k??? and eft only 5k??? are you serious??? time to stop using it! I called customer service regarding this, they said it will be fixed within next week but it's already been a month!!!!!

OTP is not fillup automatically in Cellfin verification process. My device model is Honor 200 5G. I am unable to complete any transactions because the OTP is not being filled in automatically during the verification process. I have tried multiple times, but the OTP auto-verification is not working, even though my primary SIM is inserted in the phone. After several unsuccessful attempts, I uninstalled and reinstalled the CellFin app and tried to log in again. However, I am still unable to log
