It's awful, but getting better slightly everyday. I don't know where to begin. The people who make the website take orders from people who don't use the product. So it's the blind leading the blind. Meanwhile I use it everyday and frustratingly have to deal with repeated stops due to stupidity of this app. Such as: not having all the information for a client in one place, stopping me from proceeding to ask if I'm still at work , having a faulty search engine, not allowing me to view accounts.

Still need tons of improvements but have great potential to support teams in efficiently running the center. I like that it can be mobile and the possibility of addressing customer's queries immediately while walking around the center.

3 stars & 3 Suggestions: 1. Enable multiple file attachments on tickets. 2. Include very critical information such us titan account number. 3. Enable ability to highlight text characters so copy and pasting will be faster.
