Getting what you want is difficult. Customer service lacks live inventory updates. You choose from a 14-item menu based on your dietary survey, but last-minute changes mean you receive unwanted items. They offer replacements or extensions, but you're left with inedible frozen meals. This issue repeats for future orders. Even with no-nut adjustments, you get a nonadjustable menu. Availability claims are inconsistent, leaving you with 28 boxes of food you can't eat. Stuck with 7 of the same meal.

First off, I'd like to say I'm so thankful to be receiving FREE food from my insurance, however I have two major issues. First is, the customer service. I understand if it takes a few days to get to someone via email, but through chat, I assume someone would respond within an hour. My current problem is that my customized orders are changed for me the last minute. It's fine if the items ran out but please don't gaslight me by saying I didn't edit my order on time!

WARNING, think twice! Each box is a "surprise" cause they will send you what THEY want to send you so prepare for the same meals week after week. Recently they changed the app taking away the button to skip deliveries, now they want you reach out to them. Lastly, I've been trying since September to get out of this program, even filing a grievance w/ my insurance. They WILL NOT STOP sending me boxes.
