It was good, until my subscription was renewed and it suddenly wouldn't let me access any premium features. I have tried to get in touch for help by sending feedback via the app as they don't provide any obvious route to get immediate support. They have yet to get back to me after a number of days. Very disappointing...

I never know how long it will run; a day? An hour? It craps out on the regular. Meanwhile my friend's doorbell with nearly identical looking software, has had ZERO downtime since it was installed 2 years ago. Not a fan.

Great app, works well. Could have done with better setup instructions but I muddled through and was able to setup a family group so that my wife and I have access to the camera.
