Ratings and reviews

The bank officer asked me to install and run this app so as to I can solve the certificate issue, but I cannot run this app and there is no icon on the screen eventhough it's installed and listed in Apps menu. So frustrated with this app ... what should I do???

I love KT. Way better than anything we have in the USA and exceptional customer service in English. I had Olleh the first time I was there and they weren't near as good.

Unnecessary, useless, doesn't work at all if you're a foreigner. Screw this app and whoever thought it was a good idea.
