This app is designed to integrate SIM card data with 3rd-party applications, specifically designed for KT users. We need such an application to make your phone act as a transit card, which is traditionally unavailable due to Google's privacy regulations. It's totally normal that you can't open this app, since this app transmits data to other apps.

The bank officer asked me to install and run this app so as to I can solve the certificate issue, but I cannot run this app and there is no icon on the screen eventhough it's installed and listed in Apps menu. So frustrated with this app ... what should I do???

I love KT. Way better than anything we have in the USA and exceptional customer service in English. I had Olleh the first time I was there and they weren't near as good.
