I keep getting an error "could not read credentials" with biometrics and the file's password. Then I boot up the file on my pc, and it works perfectly. This is the second password file I made, and it ends up having the same error. Two stars because when it works, it works well. That is until the inevitable. Beware that this bug is ongoing.

Are you sure you've transferred the file correctly between your devices (some cloud applications are buggy). Try a manual transfer.

I love this app. It does everything I need. I don't want a third party having my passwords. I use one drive to sync between phone and PC. I used to use keepass2Android, but like this one better! Thanks, DEV team, for providing this app at no cost! For all the neigh sayers, their posts clearly don't understand that this app has no internet connection (which I love), so as soon as they complain about synch problems, i know they are bogus. Hats off to the DEV's! Well done!

Upped stars because developer is very responsive and seems very dedicated to the app. This often translates to continued improvement. However, stopped using due to the app not saving the database even though it acted like it is and lost a bunch of time resetting all the passwords that I thought were saved. The developer mentioned it was likely due to error in my part though I felt differently at the time. Hopefully it was my error and no one else is having that issue. Best of luck.

It is quite possible to save a database unless the file manager you are using does not update its cache. In this case, the solution is to clear the cache of your file app. It's a known third party cloud app bug : https://github.com/Kunzisoft/KeePassDX/wiki/File-Manager-and-Sync The creation of a dedicated app is being studied to bypass the problem.
