difficult ui, limited function, ran 2 free reports. no ownership info for the commercial property. once you click on amenities in a report, the menu tabs change and you can't get to the original tabs without starting over

Browsing the listings is addictive and they are incredibly detailed – geography, acreage, even energy potential. It's more impressive than expected.

I can only assume that this company is the same company that created Landa. It is a real estate market at that failed. You would buy stock in real estate markets and you could trade that stock while earning dividends off of the stock you are sitting on as well. The creators of the app ran into legal issues whether intention or not, from what I understood they went under because they couldn't afford it. After that experience, I personally wouldn't trust apps like this anyway.
