I have a love-hate relationship with Drops. Loved Drops when I first downloaded it a few years ago. Uninstalled it when it got repetitive. Downloaded it again a few months ago. New features were added, and it was great. Tonight, as I was doing the Drops French app, I got a pop-up to download the main app which I did, & now both Drops apps keep freezing. Since I can no longer use either Drops app, I'll uninstall, stick to the apps that function properly, & maybe try Drops again at a later date.

Haven't encountered many (any?) glitches in 86 days (which in my experience is unusual for an android app). The games are simple but fun. I have a hard time making habits, so having an 86-day streak is ever-so-slightly earth-shattering. It's also nice to just have the one language to focus on. If you have attention issues, this app is a good option.

I believe this app is best suited for retaining what you've already learned. Moreover, I had 5 years of French, and now I don't. This app provides a way for me to keep French refreshed in my mind; instead of completely forgetting it. In other words, I recommend this app to those who already have learned the language. If you're new, you'll still learn something, but not as efficient as taking a class/having a teacher. Additionally, the 5 minutes is alright, paying for unlimited time - for me - is not necessary.
