I paid for a premium subscription. it gave me a notice of messages. I clicked on decrypt messages and was asked to pay again when it said it was one of the premium features and was charged again and never got to see the decrypted messages. Also it kept saying that the phone that was being monitored was offline when they were sitting right next to me online connected to the same wifi network. Don't waste your money. This app does nothing that it says it does at all. I am very disappointed.

I downloaded the app paid the weekly fee. however it's saying the one I'm tracking is offline. then after me sending several emails with no response I get a message to go to wa and download a code they provided. I cannot find where to put the code in at all. I even tried searching on line how to do it. can't get customer service to respond feeling very aggravated. can anyone help me before I cancel and delete this app?

This is correct broad day light rubbery. They're fraudstars! They have scammed me of a huge amount, shielding the amount that I'll never have used to subscribe. When I opened the app, I wanted to explore it. So I went on to payment and I saw #1,999 naira so I thought not souch let me subscribe. Once I did, I was debited with the amount of #11,999 naira. I was really devastated. I contacted Google and it seems they're part of this fraud. I am so disappointed and sad! I want refund.
