Update for the app required, then can't accept top up payments. The service from lebara is absolutely terrible and has been since it was taken over by the other company. If I could rate zero I would. Avoid this provider, choose somebody else. UPDATE still a nightmare company taking your money for top ups and using a third party payment company that doesn't let the payment go through when you need to top up

In keeping with many reviews, the Lebara network switch and requirement to switch to this app has been badly managed. I followed all instructions but their systems didn't deliver the necessary. I phoned them ( 70 minutes wait) and their agent " sorted everything"; he was happy. They have my payment details; they ran a test and sent me a payment receipt. Since, SMS messages received claiming I haven't set up payment and I have to act. Not my action lacking, it's all Lebara's. Hopelessly poor.

In this App I cannot see any of my ACTIVITY. In the web version of it there's at least DETAILS OF ACTIVITY but it's only about CALL and DATA - NOT SMS/TEXT MESSAGES. And only for the last 30 days. In the old MYLEBARA APP I was able to see ALL for 90 Days each!!! Any advice for me how I can check my SMS from the last 90 days???
