Another example of changing just to change. The old app was simple and easy to use. This new one is clunky, overly complicated, and doesn't really do anything more than the old app. The mobile deposit feature crashes without saving the information and check pictures.. which is very frustrating.

This has to be the worst update to an app I have had to deal with. I have 5 accounts under my name and this mess is not efficient at all. Now right before the switch when you added red and green to deposit and withdrawal, that was the only update you all needed. I know an app never goes backwards and that sucks but I hope something changes soon

I am very sad to say this app update has messed my connectivity with a few other apps up. No one at Park seems to know how to fix it. The new app is not user friendly. After 35 years with Park it looks like noone seems to care about their customer complaints and may be time to move to another bank. I will make sure all that all my fellow Park members know about the flaws.
