I can't check hospital locations. The search isn't working, and so many features aren't working, and I keep getting technical errors when using E card

The app is not opening with my biometric or password. I have to uninstall, reinstal, reset password every single time I have to open the app...

We were unable to get the electronic insurance card through the application for the checkup, and all hospitals require the insurance card with the time and date according to GlobeMed’s regulations. So Bad 😞
