I like this app because it feels like I can still get something out of the scratcher games I bought but lost at. I really enjoy playing the games in the lucky lounge, however it seems like 1 out of every 5 times I try to play one and bid 50 tokens, the app crashes while the game is loading so I lose those points and can't get them back. I've done everything I can to make sure this works smoothly, made sure it's up to date, make room in my storage, cleared cache on everything and still happens

This app is incredibly frustrating now! It used to work great, but some recent upgrade now causes it to tell me that the ticket checking system is down on a daily basis. Sometimes logging out and back in will help, other times not. And the "Remember Me" check box is pointless since I have to re-login practically every time I want to check a ticket.

Update...the ststem is down again today. No warning, it just does not scan and does not show my points. Looks like I will have to uninstall yet again and reinstall to scan. There are no updates available in the google playstore. 😟 Prior review. Do not update this app. It never works right when it is updated. Instead uninstall and reinstall and it will work. Just never update.
