Dont purchase this sim card, and yes according to other consumers the consumption is double for data compare to other network, given you can only use your data to location when you purchase the simcard. They have only particular places that you can use your internet, very limited location. Save your money. Customer service ? Dont bother yourself, its useless. I wasted loading up this month, and because of error on their apps It load up twice.

The problem solving is very very long. While my problem is very fatal, the first time I bought a quota, the quota did not come in. And now I have to buy a quota from another operator. I will change this comment if they quickly resolve my issue.

Only Saudi citizens and the residents can sign-in to this App. The Visit and Umrah Visa Holders can't register to this App. Either the App is to be reprogrammed for allowing all the SIM OWNERS to register the App. or the SIMs are not to be sold to them...
