Thuwal Jeddah signal drop to E after every 10 minutes and App is a fraud too they didn't renew the package when we try to modify it with less price offers before expiry they show technical error until the last minute then they automatically deduct the amount and renew the package with full amount without any permission right after 1 minute of the expiry time

worst network in the kingdom. Connection resets too frequently and 5G, 4G 3G all goes off and directly comes to 2G. can't use data or make any call for 10 mins. Their data pack is slightly cheaper, maybe 10-15% than stc but overall cost due to the failed network is more than others. Not recommended for either contract or prepaid due to poor network services.

App itself is good but a lot of complaints on the internet connectivity in zain 5g. complaints does not go through and they close it themselves of we don't pick up the phone in the middle of the night. overall super bad experience, just stuck because of the 5g contract. Recommend going with Wired or other services
