I have been using Zain’s SIM card in Saudi Arabia for a long time, but I started facing network issues 4G 5G from December 6th 2025 at my current location 24.6442228, 46.5791056 Despite lodging multiple complaints—at least five or six times—I have not received any response from the company. The network quality is extremely poor, and the customer service has been unresponsive. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.

it's a buggy app. all the action have delays and it is a bit lagging. simple commands(renew subscription, topping up) are not executed immediately colourful and clean UI but the navigation and tabs can be improved to make it easier and smoother.

my app consistently show "this app can't run because of environments is not secure and your data is at risk" I reinstall it multiple times but this remain the same....???
