No 5G service. very slow internet. frequently discounting. signals disappear from the devices. complained many times, no resolution. same issues for both 5G devices. No resolution at all. tried month after month, no improvement in service. at this time ran speed test, after resetting and restarting download speed is 16 Mbps, not stable connection, net stopps every few seconds !

If a Package/Bundle is activated a Number for 28 days and it's data or minutes used before 28 days, Why we can't renew this bundle? Second, why did the Flex99 packages didn't show on the mobile app? above both issues because you Zain want his customers consume more money to buy other minutes or bundles but this is forcefully, These Zain policies need to change Please...
