The worst service you could have. We ordered a specific package that has international calls but we were given something else, it's OK, mistakes happen but not fix the problem here is what's not excepted. We went three times you the office to fix their problem but they said come next week. They want me to stay till next week without any service, calles, internet until next week. I called to complain but they ask for the name of service provider who does not want to identify himself. Bad experie

Very bad experience..1.At least they should allow recharging with mobile data or reserve last0.5 MB for recharging in field environment.2. Since yesterday, I tried many times for 50 SAR recharge but, not accepted on one pretext or the other.3. At least allow 20 to 30 SMS in all packages. This is so pinching that free messages are so LESS.4. MOST IMPORTANT!!please allow LOW COST, exclusively separate packages for social media usage only.5. Zain should provide internet cable service in Tuwaiq area

The worst network ever I have come across . There is always problem in connnecting, voice and calling. It needs a great deal to be improved .
