I avail post paid with mobile installment plan. however after paying straight for few months. the billing become expensive from 420sr to become 650sr monthly bill. although my contract stated 420 for 2 years. and they cut my network after a month of delayed. I went to zain office but instead of settling the issue. they asked me to pay the remaining balance in full price. like how come the act like this? this the reason I availing the promotion to pay installment because i can't afford.

I am very disappointed with my Zain Home 5G (300 Mbps). Since installation 3 days ago, I’m only getting around 20 Mbps. I contacted customer care and restarted the router multiple times, but the issue persists. Now I want to cancel, but they refuse a refund, saying the 2-day trial is over. This is unfair as the service never worked properly. Where can I escalate this complaint?

the signal is not reliable, its been many times that i complain about the internet data connection but it's the same i am experiencing interruptions in data internet connection in anytime of the day. not only me but also my friends. i am in a big city.
