Same complaint as many on here regarding the Fingerprint ID regularly not working, it's just very inconvenient. The only temporary fix is to go back into your settings de-select the option then re-enable. It will work for a time before it stops responding again. It's otherwise a functional app. It just needs to catch up with other banks and display information such as your account and routing numbers. And make the options/settings just slightly easier to navigate.

When it works, it's okay. Limited features, which do help it from being cumbersome, lead one to to full browser site for anything beyond simple transfers, balance checks or transactions lists. The worst part is lack of reliability. I haven't been able to log in for days now, rendering the app useless. Pretty sad for a state wide "larger" bank.

Easy to use at first. Then, the finger print log in stops working. Deleting app, and reinstalling works, but, very inconvenient. Update: Still experiencing same issue. Finger print log in works a few times. Then, you need to enter your password. Then, user name and password. Then, you'll eventually have to re-register. So after it stops accepting finger scan, easier to just delete and reinstall
