Goodnight. I have two M1B cameras and the app doesn't show the image of the cameras on mobile data internet at all. I've done a lot of things including reinstalling apps, resetting cameras and it didn't work. Another thing I can't get is memory card storage. What can I do to resolve it? I've already contacted technical support via email and nothing. I haven't been able to see the camera footage for two weeks when I leave the house. That is, it is not serving the most needed function.

Used to love my zencams, but today I tried to add more cameras and can't (tried adding two, brand new ones) and also can't download the app on any other phone because "it was designed for older Android systems"!!!! What the heck people?! Reach out and help me (I've sent an email to the support team or whayever already), or I'll be asking for my money back!

I have 2 cameras set up in my house to watch my dogs. had them for about 2 months then out of the blue they both went offline and I tried to get them both back on line and to no avail the app keeps saying the same thing. this camera is already connected to this email address and yes it's right but I still can't get these things up and running again. how in the heck do I get them back online again because I sure can't get any info on your app. I'd like to reset everything and start over again.
