too many ads. ** edit to reply devs:** I understand there is a way to remove ads. However, I like to try the product out first to see if I want to buy the full version, but because of the amount of ads I am unwilling to try it for long enough to want to buy premium. :) Previous subscription apps I've purchased in the past had fewer ad interuptions "for free", ensuring I had a pleasant experience to want to pay for premium. I hope that helps explain!

Hello Nova. Thank you for the feedback! We understand your concern. There is a free trial of OD Premium available, so you can explore all features without ads and decide if it's right for you. We hope this gives you a better experience and helps you make an informed choice.

Subscription model, no. I've downloaded the app with the idea of paying for a copy. Sadly there's no one time payment option. I want to decide if I need an updated version afterwards or not. I pay once and have my Dictionary with me for good. If I decide to have an updated version, I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee for that. But not a monthly/yearly subscription as the only option.

It's, quite obviously, useful in a great number of different ways. Spell checking and definitions clearly being the top of the list. The pronunciation assistance has been the most primarily useful one, though, for my family. We have (myself not included - I just watch and listen) arguments and disagreements over such that have, in the past, lasted for months! So, yes, this is nothing less than perfect for those in need of a dictionary service.
