There is no negative thing I could say, I love the product and the knowledge that the device will alarm if there is anything about the motorcycle, keeps me calm. It never gave me false alarms and I receive the notification so quick every times. The main positive thing, that it calls you, to get your attention and it is not too expensive. The staff is so kind and helpful. They responded me in few minutes, while at other support teams you must wait weeks or more and often they do not reply. Just keep up your work!

I think this device and app have a lot of potential, but the app experience has been pretty poor for me. It was difficult to get things working, and when I sent a message to support, I got a notification the next day that my message had been replied to, but when I tapped the notification it just brought me to the main page of the app, so I never saw the reply. There is no way to access previous support conversations in the app that I have seen, and nothing was sent to my email.

Using 2 devices more than 3 years without a problem. The position always good. I had some issues with battery change, and connection lost with my Bluetooth after it, but that's all. The support is very helpful, easy to communicate with them, they answer as early as they can. I you have a problem you can send them videos or screenshots easily and they try to find a solution.
