Ratings and reviews

When it works it's fine but you never know if it's going to allow you to sign in or not. I just just uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it would reset and now it won't even go to the log in page. Hoping I don't get a ticket because I don't have enough quarters and this app isn't working today. Might be easier to get a roll of quarters to keep in car. Update: app hasn't worked for over a week. Seems like developers might have given up on it.

If you can, delete this app. It is useless. First of all you have to register and add a credit or debit card. Then once you register it brings you back to the log-in page but you are NEVER able to log back on with the app so I went to the actual website. Just as useless. I wanted to add 1 hr to my time but it only kept adding 15 min increments leaving me to have to keep adding 15min increments until I reached an 1hr. If I get a ticket I'm going to court to fight it. Desire a 0 rating! 😡

After you install, register, login for the first time, that's it, unable to login again. Doesn't exactly give one a warm and fuzzy feeling about having stored a credit card. But, what did I expect for a 1.8 rated app. 5/9/24: Just tried to use the website to pay. Error says to choose parking duration. I would if that were an option. Why any property mgt company would use these guys is beyond me. Awful experience in all channels.
