Ratings and reviews

Difficult to use. Created an appt for the wrong date. Rescheduled within 2 minutes and charged twice. The app said I'd get a refund for the canceled appt but it's been several weeks and no refund. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone and there's no chat option but once I finally got someone (I cheated and picked the Dr's option) they processed my refund quickly. The technician was on time, very professional and patient.

Embarrassingly Incompetent. Biometric authentication fails to establish, prompting a sign in and 2fa every single time. I payed for my appointment before the app told me the time was unavailable. No word on a refund. Lab results not available. This app isn't even formatted properly. There isn't even enough space alotted for their logo. This app is not ready for release. A poor reflection on the ethics of the company. You owe me $28 for the appointment you failed to schedule.

Awful. Two different doctor orders, agressive phlebotomist refuses, will only put in one order. Gives cup for urinalysis when test was for 24hr urine. Still never ran the tests REQUESTED and took order forms, so now I can not get done! "Contact us" button just hangs up on me. Incompetent waste of time and money.
