If the app doesn't find your MSI monitor, ensure that your network profile is set to 'Private' and not 'Public' on your PC/laptop. This fixed it for me, hope it'll work for you :). Another tip: If the 'Gaming OSD 2.0' app on your PC/laptop doesn't launch correctly, turn your monitor off and back on while on the app and it should connect providing all the USB cables supplied are also connected.

App is broken for RGB use, I just purchased a MAG321CURV display from them and I cannot access or change any of the displays settings for the rgb. I have been trying to turn it and cant. So ultimately I just used the built in osd on the display an shut it off. Seems like this is an abandoned app, MSI just inst invested enough in there apps or programs other than afterburner, seems like most of the end user soft is subpar nowadays. Still love ya though MSI

It can't find my monitor. I unplug my hdmi cord from my monitor and plugged it back in. It says there is no signal. I replaced the hdmi cord and ended up with the same results. I noticed it said no signal 'hdmi 2'. I looked up how to switch it. My monitor has a red joystick which I tried using to change it. I went to the right with it nothing happened. Then I came across this app which is not finding my monitor. My monitor has power as well as my pc please help 😭
