​The customer service was truly exceptional and deserves 5 stars. While using the service in Thailand, I found the "unlimited" plan throttles to 1 Mbps after 1.5GB of daily usage. This speed was too slow for my needs, which included hotspotting to a laptop. When I raised my concerns, the company was fantastic and promptly issued a 50% refund. I would recommend this for light users due to the incredible support, but heavy users should be aware of the daily high-speed data limit.

Have used Simify previously in Japan and it worked seamlessly. This time I am going to 3 countries in Asia and know all I have to do is turn on the esim when I arrive at my first destination and then forget about it for the rest of trip. Maybe a bit more expensive than other options but worth it for the convenience and unlimited data.

I had never used an esim before but got one as I was going to Egypt. It was so easy to install with clear instructions and works really well with data at a quarter of the price of doing it through my mobile phone company. Really impressed and would use again.
