Ratings and reviews

The new app is a trash can full of garbage!!! They tried to make it UI friendly but they have NOT given priority to anything else! It's sooo annoying. I can't even log into my frimi app. It doesn't load. I have to keep reinstalling. Honestly if y'all don't fix your app, I'm going to switch to another bank. I started using frimi for it's convenience. It's not CONVENIENT ANYMOREE!!!

Really Disappointed about Frimi! Earlier, I opened a savings pot and put some money in it but when I check the pot recently, no pots were available in my account. I contacted call centre and their response was that they could do nothing from there and I have to go to a branch to sort this issue. Even we didn't have to go to a branch to open an account yet for this issue we have to. How can anyone trust on the app if our pots get vanished like this. Isn't this our money that they are playing with

New update just ruined a perfectly functional app. Biometrics stop working every other week, and I literally have to reset my password every week for whatever reason I don't understand. Had 3-5 calls with the support already but to no avail. They always say to reset password which is the most no brainer answer any support could give. Worst app after Pickme.
