In the setup you’ll need to enter your mobile number in one of the following ways:
> You can enter your mobile number with the +64 at the front, but make sure you drop the first 0. For example [phone]
> You can enter your mobile number without the +64 at the front. In this case you keep the first 0. For example 0204 123 456

if for some reason, your payment method fails, you just get cut off half way through what you're doing. no warning either. no way to get a new card added with having internet access. I was forced to use a public network to add my other card, very unsafe these days!! this app should not need your plans to be active, to get in and top up. this is my only complaint to skinny. my auto payment was due today, also the day my card gets randomly blocked by the bank

App is broken and will not accept any credit card payments at all from multiple cards. Customer service gave up after account reset didn't work. Unfortunate as I've been a customer for years.

Not able to top up after moving my old phone number. Bank wants to send me a authentication code but somehow its not working. Called help 3 times and all they say is everything is working... Useless. I'll give it 24 hours and then ill try another provider
