Started getting check your device mssgs at the same time their new device came out. Also not happy to be forced to update the app for it to funtion for something I won't even use on the update. It was a really great app to have before that. Oh, and constant advertisements now, too, that weren't there. It also dropped off the temp timeline, which was a really great feature. It used to be a better app

Updated: I have updated to 4 stars. I was able to get it to work but the Google login doesn't function. This seemed to cause all of the issues. We will see how it works on this trip and update accordingly. Original: It doesn't work. Just purchased, downloaded, and got "unexpected error" when signing up. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and got the same error. Can't trust my dogs safety if the app doesn't even let me set up the account.

Customer service has been outstanding - 5 stars. I hope to see improvements made to the app and will edit review as it evolves. App did not always save data entered on pet profiles. Has lost photo of one pet twice after initial save. When adding additional pets, the prompt skips over species selection so I had to select a dog breed for my cat. Once saved, I was then able to edit the pet to switch it to a cat and cat breed. App needs work but Support is very responsive.
