Ratings and reviews

I'm letting you know my disappointment because I found out over email with your support that you are no longer going to develop/improve this app because you are working only on OfficeMail Pro going forward. This is unacceptable. First, I am not going to pay a subscription fee for email sync, that's ridiculous. Second, I couldn't if I want to because that would violate our company security policy to connect directly to O365 and not use an intermediate party.

I've just received excellent e-mail technical support from the 9Folders Support Team on a slow syncing issue and I could not be happier. I know that attention and resources are now focused on their new OfficeMail product and there have not been any new updates to the app in a long time, but if you're an existing Nine paid customer, you will find that 9Folders has not completely abandoned the Nine app, at least not in terms of customer support.

Used for years and I stick with it because of the feature set, especially the ability to see new email buried in a folder. I use Outlook rules to move incoming email and this app lets me see those messages. I don't want to move to their new app due to the way it managed data in the cloud. Issues: calendar reminders are not on time (sometimes the next day), calendar labels are wrong (I have many calendars)
