Your customer support system needs serious improvement. There’s no proper live chat support the bot replies after a very long delay, sometimes even 15 to 24 hours later. The so-called “online representative call option” is always busy, goes straight to voicemail, and even charges extra for the call. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable for users. Please take this feedback seriously and work on improving your response time and customer service quality very sad and disappointed.

I have more than 3 months experience to use this app but it makes me unhappy wen I call customer service to help me because I need to make a card from my mobile phone so I try to call them 3 times but they didn't respond me and I try to text them in telegram also they are saying only from machine then why they creat a app in play store please try to pick the customer call and listen what they want to say I have good service on this app before I was new here 😔😔

cash deposited, not yet credited in 24 hours. Raised complaint in whatsapp, no one responding. Called next day, customer service, asking me did you sent any issue messages. seems customer service even doesn't care to check the customer issues.
