Wire transferring a loan payment through the old app from another bank used to be free, now it costs $4.99 for direct wire, or $9.99 to use a debit card. Ridiculous, "new and improved" just means another way to charge customers for convenience...

Been a very good account for our financial needs. We've had numerous loans here and decided to move all our checking and savings accounts here. We've had a few issues that needed to be addressed and also a security scare..... they took care of everything for us and set our mind at ease.

New online banking app is terrible. You shouldn't try and improve something that worked well. If I didn't have a lot tied to this account I would consider moving.
