1. Difficult or impossible to add gift cards and ecoupons and save them to your account. Had to use the website. 2. You can't flip between apps. If you do, like to look at Maps, you have to reopen the app drawer and find the icon again. Bug on both Android 14 and 15, on 2 different phones.

The food is amazing, and the app is awful. Every time I submit an order, it says "Error" even though I get a confirmation email and card charged, so it's going through. The points dont automatically accumulate within the app. On the special instructions portion, when you order, the text is transparent until you hit submit, so you can't see what you're typing until submission. When you select the "Reorder" option, it doesn't put the previous order in the cart, only the previous Tip transfers.

Unusable. Font size is either too small to read (1pt) or too large to fit the text (18pt placeholder) on screen, with no in-between. App empties your cart if you change locations during checkout but doesn't ask you to choose a location to begin. App can't handle dark mode (white text on white background). Avoid this app, just call or order in store.
