It... works, I guess? I am able to eventually order from it, but I better know exactly what I want because the back button doesn't work half the time because the location is wrong. When I order, I get an error message and then I try to pay again and it says the order has already been placed. It works in that I eventually can place an order and it eventually takes my money.

The website was easy to navigate and understand. placing my order was extremely easy. I saw my point total for my account and I checked my rewards tab to see if I had any availble to use and added that in before my checkout; now all I have to do is go inside and pick up because that's what I requested instead of the delivery option. I chose a time that's comfortable for me and all that's left is to enjoy😊

Tried using my three $10 gift cards to pay for my order and kept getting an error that the sum of the order must match the payment amount. I would've just not placed the order if my kids hadn't already been excited about it. So, I had to use my credit card instead. I won't buy gift cards for Cold Stone as Christmas gifts anymore because of this. After submitting my payment, the app acted like it didn't go through. I only knew it did because of the CC txt alert.
