Impossible to use on Pixel 9 Pro. The back navigation arrow is crammed in the top right section of the screen and not accessible. when you order and get to add a payment method (that's the only way to add one in the app) the whole screen goes black after you click to the next step so you don't know if the orders processed or not. it took multiple tries of killing the app and entering my card before it took an order. Poorly designed app that is poorly optimized and makes spending money harder.

Horrendous app! Logs you out every two seconds! I couldn't place an order because I kept getting logged out, and the order even changed from delivery to pickup and wouldn't let me change it back. Menu items aren't easy to find, either. I don't usually write reviews but this app is just downright awful. Coldstone, whoever you hired to make this app... fire them!

App is absolutely worthless!! took me months just to be able to get into my account. when i was able to. i have to get a 6 digit code every single time i sign in. When trying to add items to the orders. Not all options are available. When trying to check out, I keep getting a "invalid basket id" error what ever the hell that means. if the app freaks out while doing anything (which is often). it logs you out and wipes any current orders. and you have to start over.
