There is still a bug after the update. i keep getting "error" pop up at the bottom of the screen when searching locations. Hayward, CA location shows as "Delivery and Pick-Up" but when I select Delivery, the location changes to Alameda. I'd like to deliver from the Hayward location, they make the best creations. It won't let me change the Cold Stone Delivery location. If delivery isn't an option at the Hayward, CA. location, the word "Delivery" should be removed from the location in the app.

this app sucks. when putting in my phone number for the account, I accidentally typed it in wrong. I figured it would be an easy fix: you go to the app's settings, update personal information, put in the correct phone number. nope. in order to update your personal info, you need to go to a third party website, navigate their extremely confusing UI, and submit a request to change your personal information. then, it will take them about 7 DAYS to review your request and MAYBE fulfill your request.

The website was easy to navigate and understand. placing my order was extremely easy. I saw my point total for my account and I checked my rewards tab to see if I had any availble to use and added that in before my checkout; now all I have to do is go inside and pick up because that's what I requested instead of the delivery option. I chose a time that's comfortable for me and all that's left is to enjoy😊
