My $157 order was already running 30 min late, then marked as delivered, but was NOT delivered. There is no way to contact customer service through the app and the CiCi's location refused to help, refund or reissue the order. They said that the app is not theirs and is not affiliated with CiCi's Pizza, even though it's literally THE CiCi's app! I had to dispute the charge through my bank. I will not be ordering through here again.

not worth the time. the sign up rewards offer is not even enough for a drink and it would have cost $20 to get those points. don't waste your time
