I used it once. I placed a future order and ten minutes before I was to pick it up I received an email telling me that my order wasn't placed due to an error but my credit card was already charged and I would have to call the restaurant to reorder. When I called they didn't have my order and didn't seem to want to help me reorder anything. Talk about terrible service when they don't try to make up for their own mistake. What point is an app when I have to call anyway? I deleted the app.

LOVE Macaroni Grill. But this app has always had problems working. It used to be inability to accept password. Then I couldn't pay with gift card or credit card. Now it just wont open. Measage just says "An error occurred while updating. Access was denied. Usage of this app is restricted to North America. Tap "Retry" to update again." I give up. From now on I'll just call in my order. But it's ridiculous they can't hire someone competent to build their app!

The Monday two for one never works. Need to call directly to restaurant. Same goes with the special online, same issue. Why do you even offer the Monday special? Can not believe no one in corporate realized the issue !
