Why do I have to sign in once I place an order online in the app? Why is the rewards number not already saved if I am ordering from the app? I shouldn't have to keep searching for a location when ordering. This app needs a major overhaul, it's not user friendly for rewards members placing an order via the app. VERY FRUSTRATING! It's easier to place an order by phone. Also, I should be able to see the rewards used, reflected in the price right away.
In addition to what previous people have written (have to login multiple times, have to specify location every time, can't use rewards, etc), when i try to enter billing info, the name field is limited to 14 characters and the credit card code is limited to 3 (although i have specified that it is an amex card). Also, when ordering, can't specify how many of an item you'd like, so need to specify the item twice, with all of the options.
The redesign is nice, but it would be nicer if CPK gift cards could be added as a form of payment! All I can see right now are only the major credit cards. Come on CPK, join the electronic wallet-less revolution, including your own cards!
Crappy app. Doesn't recognize rewards info, you have to consistently change your location and took longer to navigate than it took to call the order in.
Can't log in. Says "no matching customers found." I can log into my account via the web no problem. Something wrong with the app. :(
Very slick for paying my bill without having to ask for the check, right in the app. Deff a cool upgrade
