Ist time using. Did not list any deals. Ordered went to pick up. Found there was a deal for 4 chili dogs for $4 but I paid $13.98 on the app for the same thing. The app said call store. Store said you can't get deals on app only in person at store. They could not help and said contact headquarters. I lost $9.98 because of that. What's the point of the app if there are no deals.

The app doesn't come with an area to type in your receipt's no. to earn Rewards Points. 'Probably wouldn't work for me anyway...... most fast foods ONLY let you use their Rewards Points for Online Orders where you pay with Credit / Debt. Start allowing Rewards Points for Walk-in / Drive Through Orders where you can purchase with paper cash 💵 too! (NOT JUST WIENERSCHNITZEL..... I'M REFERRING TO ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS!)

This app is clearly designed to market and sell product at full menu price. Every other fast food app has coupons IN the app, but the only discounts Wienerschnitzel offers are on their website, or at the ordering window. Wienerschnitzel could at least ask OLO to link to their website coupons so customers wouldn't feel as exploited, but it would be more appropriate to add coupons to orders in the app directly, as website coupon numbers are not valid in the app promo code field. Bad design.
